We have to eat vegetables, fruits and salad to keep healthy. Some of the unheathy food we eat is french fries, barbeque chicken, burgers and all the fried stuff. It is important to eat healthily so that we will stay fit and not fall sick easily. Some of the disease we get from eating unhealthy food is high blood pressure. diabetes or heart attack. The benefits of eating fruits and vegetable is to stay fit and keep a healthy lifestyle. I like to eat fruits and vegetables as they are very tasty but I do not like some of the vegetables. I support the school campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables as it helps many pupils to stay healthy and not get sick easily. I suggest the school can hold an event on when you buy vegetables or fruits you get a card, the class that have the most number of cards after 1 month will get a reward.
